# Longview EPC vs First Tee

The clearest difference is rating: Longview EPC at 5.0 against First Tee's 3.7. Longview EPC also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). First Tee's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 2) and iOS requirement (11.4 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Longview EPC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: First Tee has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Longview EPC ships an update every 2 months, First Tee every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
