# Brex vs Midaxo

Brex and Midaxo both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Midaxo's written reviews are positive against 44% of Brex's. Midaxo also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Brex's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 15 months). On price, rating and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Brex against 4.8 for Midaxo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brex has 8.8K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 44% of Brex's written reviews are positive against 100% of Midaxo's.

Brex ships an update weekly, Midaxo every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
