# eThrift DMO vs Thrift2U

The clearest difference is review sentiment: eThrift DMO at 75% against Thrift2U's 26%. eThrift DMO also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 14.0). Thrift2U's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (2.6K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Thrift2U holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Thrift2U has 2.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of eThrift DMO's written reviews are positive against 26% of Thrift2U's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
