# NASPGHAN vs PREP Self

The clearest difference is rating: NASPGHAN at 5.0 against PREP Self's 3.7. NASPGHAN also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). PREP Self's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NASPGHAN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PREP Self has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NASPGHAN ships an update every 3 weeks, PREP Self daily. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
