# Hitty Knife vs Hit Knife Master

Hitty Knife and Hit Knife Master both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Hit Knife Master's written reviews are positive against 13% of Hitty Knife's. Hit Knife Master also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Hitty Knife's advantage is ratings volume (4.3K vs 233). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hitty Knife sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Hit Knife Master asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hitty Knife holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hitty Knife has 4.3K ratings behind it against 233, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Hitty Knife's written reviews are positive against 50% of Hit Knife Master's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hitty Knife ships an update every 6 weeks, Hit Knife Master fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
