# SW Prime vs MOOV

The clearest difference is rating: SW Prime at 4.7 against MOOV's 4.2. SW Prime also leads on ratings volume (187 vs 28). MOOV's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 56%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SW Prime holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SW Prime has 187 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of SW Prime's written reviews are positive against 72% of MOOV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SW Prime ships an update every 5 weeks, MOOV every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
