# 赛优课堂 vs 心理咨询师

The clearest difference is update cadence: 赛优课堂 at every 3 weeks against 心理咨询师's every 2 months. 心理咨询师's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 赛优课堂 sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and 心理咨询师 sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

赛优课堂 ships an update every 3 weeks, 心理咨询师 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
