# Avidor vs Greystar Resident App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Avidor at 67% against Greystar Resident App's 45%. Greystar Resident App's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and ratings volume (6K vs 237). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Greystar Resident App holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Greystar Resident App has 6K ratings behind it against 237, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Avidor's written reviews are positive against 45% of Greystar Resident App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Avidor ships an update monthly, Greystar Resident App every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
