# TC WiFi vs OMSee

The clearest difference is rating: OMSee at 2.1 against TC WiFi's 1.7. TC WiFi's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 9%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OMSee holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 15 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of TC WiFi's written reviews are positive against 9% of OMSee's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TC WiFi ships an update every 2 months, OMSee every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
