# SumanSoul vs YogaNow

The clearest difference is update cadence: YogaNow at every 3 weeks against SumanSoul's every 2 months. SumanSoul's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SumanSoul sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and YogaNow sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SumanSoul ships an update every 2 months, YogaNow every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
