# Vitality Extracts vs Longevity Rx

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Vitality Extracts at 4.8K against Longevity Rx's 2. Vitality Extracts also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Longevity Rx's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 87%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Vitality Extracts against 5.0 for Longevity Rx. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vitality Extracts has 4.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 87% of Vitality Extracts's written reviews are positive against 100% of Longevity Rx's.

Vitality Extracts ships an update monthly, Longevity Rx every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
