# Toya vs Tazu

The clearest difference is rating: Tazu at 4.9 against Toya's 3.0. Tazu also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Toya sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and Tazu sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tazu holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tazu has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Toya ships an update every 4 months, Tazu fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
