# Funexpected Math for Kids vs MathTango

The clearest difference is monetization model: Funexpected Math for Kids at free with in-app purchases against MathTango's subscription. Both are free to download. Funexpected Math for Kids sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month and MathTango sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
