# Funexpected Math for Kids vs IMPACTY

The clearest difference is monetization model: Funexpected Math for Kids at free with in-app purchases against IMPACTY's subscription. Funexpected Math for Kids also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (719 vs 1). IMPACTY's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Funexpected Math for Kids sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month and IMPACTY sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IMPACTY holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Funexpected Math for Kids has 719 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Funexpected Math for Kids ships an update fortnightly, IMPACTY every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
