# InverGO vs Caboose

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: InverGO at none against Caboose's 1. InverGO also leads on ratings volume (17 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.5). Caboose's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 10 months). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Caboose sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. InverGO asks for nothing beyond the download.

Caboose holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: InverGO has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

InverGO ships an update every 10 months, Caboose every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
