The clearest difference is rating: CETYS at 3.1 against CimaPASS Centinela's 1.9. CimaPASS Centinela's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CETYS holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 1.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 12 respectively.
