# ECOSTUDY vs CodeMath

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ECOSTUDY at none against CodeMath's 1. ECOSTUDY also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). CodeMath's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CodeMath sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ECOSTUDY asks for nothing beyond the download.

ECOSTUDY ships an update monthly, CodeMath every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
