# Stretch Mode vs Foam Roller Workout

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Foam Roller Workout at 11.0 against Stretch Mode's 15.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stretch Mode sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and Foam Roller Workout sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
