# APEC Training vs GuestPlayer

The clearest difference is rating: GuestPlayer at 5.0 against APEC Training's 4.5. GuestPlayer also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). APEC Training's advantage is ratings volume (14 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GuestPlayer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: APEC Training has 14 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

APEC Training ships an update every 3 months, GuestPlayer fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
