# HAT vs Keep in touch

The clearest difference is update cadence: Keep in touch at every 4 days against HAT's every 3 weeks. Keep in touch also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HAT ships an update every 3 weeks, Keep in touch every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on July 7, 2026 and September 12, 2026 respectively.
