# Q3 vs TQ

The clearest difference is update cadence: Q3 at every 2 weeks against TQ's every 5 months. Q3 also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Q3 ships an update every 2 weeks, TQ every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
