# ComicReader vs eBookReader

The clearest difference is review sentiment: eBookReader at 100% against ComicReader's 55%. eBookReader also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). ComicReader's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ComicReader sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. eBookReader asks for nothing beyond the download.

eBookReader holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ComicReader has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 55% of ComicReader's written reviews are positive against 100% of eBookReader's.
