# Hell and Back vs Bounce & Shatter

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bounce & Shatter at every 3 days against Hell and Back's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hell and Back sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Bounce & Shatter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hell and Back ships an update every 7 months, Bounce & Shatter every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
