# Orchid vs CyberProxy

The clearest difference is rating: CyberProxy at 5.0 against Orchid's 4.6. CyberProxy also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). Orchid's advantage is ratings volume (226 vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Orchid sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and CyberProxy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CyberProxy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Orchid has 226 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Orchid ships an update every 5 weeks, CyberProxy every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
