# Worrydolls vs Art Therapy

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Worrydolls at 15K against Art Therapy's 42. Worrydolls also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Worrydolls sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Art Therapy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Worrydolls against 4.9 for Art Therapy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Worrydolls has 15K ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of Worrydolls's written reviews are positive against 90% of Art Therapy's.

Worrydolls ships an update every 3 weeks, Art Therapy every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
