# YDisciple vs Creedo

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: YDisciple at none against Creedo's 2. Creedo's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Creedo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. YDisciple asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for YDisciple against 4.9 for Creedo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Creedo has 1.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of YDisciple's written reviews are positive against 93% of Creedo's.

YDisciple ships an update every 2 months, Creedo every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
