# Topiary 3D vs Tiny Forest

The clearest difference is rating: Topiary 3D at 4.5 against Tiny Forest's 3.0. Topiary 3D also leads on ratings volume (659 vs 2). Tiny Forest's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Topiary 3D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Tiny Forest asks for nothing beyond the download.

Topiary 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Topiary 3D has 659 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Topiary 3D's written reviews are positive against 50% of Tiny Forest's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
