# Boatyard Pro vs Base Delegate

The clearest difference is rating: Base Delegate at 5.0 against Boatyard Pro's 3.8. Base Delegate also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Boatyard Pro's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Base Delegate holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Boatyard Pro has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
