# Whisky Tastings vs Dram Note

The clearest difference is update cadence: Dram Note at every 3 days against Whisky Tastings's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Whisky Tastings sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dram Note sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Whisky Tastings ships an update every 5 months, Dram Note every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
