# Googan Squad vs YDT Supply

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Googan Squad at 2.8K against YDT Supply's 28. YDT Supply's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Googan Squad against 5.0 for YDT Supply. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Googan Squad has 2.8K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 92% of Googan Squad's written reviews are positive against 100% of YDT Supply's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
