# Poulet vs Bear

The clearest difference is rating: Bear at 4.3 against Poulet's 3.1. Bear also leads on ratings volume (50 vs 9). Poulet's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bear sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Poulet asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bear holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bear has 50 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 63% and 64% positive.

Poulet ships an update every 10 days, Bear fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
