# BarCrawlr vs Minitable

The clearest difference is rating: Minitable at 4.6 against BarCrawlr's 3.4. Minitable also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 10). BarCrawlr's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 5) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minitable sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. BarCrawlr asks for nothing beyond the download.

Minitable holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Minitable has 1.2K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of BarCrawlr's written reviews are positive against 50% of Minitable's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
