# Uncommon Provision vs Nerdish

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Uncommon Provision at none against Nerdish's 5. Uncommon Provision also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Nerdish's advantage is ratings volume (2.7K vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nerdish sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Uncommon Provision asks for nothing beyond the download.

Uncommon Provision holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nerdish has 2.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Uncommon Provision ships an update fortnightly, Nerdish every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
