The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mindee at none against To Do List's 3. Mindee also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 26.0). To Do List's advantage is ratings volume (3.3K vs 13). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. To Do List sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Mindee asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for To Do List against 4.5 for Mindee. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: To Do List has 3.3K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
