# Meeting Notes & Work Planner vs Easy Notebook

The clearest difference is monetization model: Easy Notebook at free with in-app purchases against Meeting Notes & Work Planner's subscription. Easy Notebook also leads on rating (4.4 vs 4.1). Meeting Notes & Work Planner's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (66% vs 38%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Meeting Notes & Work Planner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Easy Notebook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Easy Notebook holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meeting Notes & Work Planner has 1.9K ratings behind it against 138, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Meeting Notes & Work Planner's written reviews are positive against 38% of Easy Notebook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Meeting Notes & Work Planner ships an update every 3 weeks, Easy Notebook every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
