# Meeting Notes & Work Planner vs Flow

The clearest difference is rating: Meeting Notes & Work Planner at 4.1 against Flow's 3.3. Meeting Notes & Work Planner also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 3). Flow's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Meeting Notes & Work Planner sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Flow sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Meeting Notes & Work Planner holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Meeting Notes & Work Planner has 1.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Meeting Notes & Work Planner's written reviews are positive against 100% of Flow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Meeting Notes & Work Planner ships an update every 3 weeks, Flow every 10 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
