# Intertime vs Joyway

The clearest difference is monetization model: Intertime at free against Joyway's freemium. Intertime also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Joyway's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intertime sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Joyway sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Intertime against 5.0 for Joyway. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Joyway has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Intertime ships an update every 2 weeks, Joyway fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
