# VPN Point vs Unlimited VPN

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Unlimited VPN at none against VPN Point's 10. Unlimited VPN also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Point sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Unlimited VPN asks for nothing beyond the download.

Unlimited VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.5K and 1.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of VPN Point's written reviews are positive against 57% of Unlimited VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
