# Live Wallpapers 4k vs Gravity

The clearest difference is rating: Gravity at 4.5 against Live Wallpapers 4k's 3.0. Gravity also leads on ratings volume (35K vs 4). Live Wallpapers 4k's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Live Wallpapers 4k sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Gravity sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gravity holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gravity has 35K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Live Wallpapers 4k's written reviews are positive against 25% of Gravity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Live Wallpapers 4k ships an update every 4 weeks, Gravity fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
