# Seven vs Ten Dates

The clearest difference is ads: Ten Dates at none against Seven's shown. Ten Dates also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Seven's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 59%) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 107). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Seven sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Ten Dates sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Seven against 4.5 for Ten Dates. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Seven has 1.2K ratings behind it against 107, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 81% of Seven's written reviews are positive against 59% of Ten Dates's.

Seven ships an update every 2 months, Ten Dates fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
