# Halo Collar vs MyGabb

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Halo Collar at 70% against MyGabb's 11%. MyGabb's advantage is monetization model (free vs paid) and rating (4.5 vs 4.1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyGabb holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9.6K and 8.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Halo Collar's written reviews are positive against 11% of MyGabb's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Halo Collar ships an update every 3 weeks, MyGabb fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
