# Solitaire vs TalkDeck

The clearest difference is ads: TalkDeck at none against Solitaire's shown. TalkDeck also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 72%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Solitaire's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 2) and chart position (#162 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Solitaire sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and TalkDeck sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TalkDeck holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Solitaire has 12K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of Solitaire's written reviews are positive against 100% of TalkDeck's.

Solitaire ships an update every 5 weeks, TalkDeck fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
