# mySet vs iGig

mySet and iGig both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of iGig's written reviews are positive against 88% of mySet's. mySet's advantage is ratings volume (53 vs 7) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

mySet holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mySet has 53 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of mySet's written reviews are positive against 100% of iGig's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

mySet ships an update every 3 months, iGig every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 12, 2026.
