# Ranch Adventures vs Tropic Match

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ranch Adventures at 86% against Tropic Match's 50%. Ranch Adventures also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). Tropic Match's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ranch Adventures sells 18 one-off in-app purchases and Tropic Match sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tropic Match holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 41 and 52 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Ranch Adventures's written reviews are positive against 50% of Tropic Match's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ranch Adventures ships an update monthly, Tropic Match fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
