# Director's Cut vs Eifel

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Eifel at none against Director's Cut's 1. Director's Cut's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 6 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Director's Cut sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Eifel asks for nothing beyond the download.

Director's Cut ships an update every 11 days, Eifel every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
