# Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text vs Fonts

The clearest difference is rating: Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text at 4.5 against Fonts's 4.0. Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (238 vs 26). Fonts's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Fonts sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text has 238 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text's written reviews are positive against 75% of Fonts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Keyboard Fonts & Cursive Text ships an update every 2 weeks, Fonts every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
