# CIF vs MySCGA

The clearest difference is rating: MySCGA at 5.0 against CIF's 2.7. MySCGA also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). CIF's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MySCGA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CIF has 22 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CIF ships an update every 6 weeks, MySCGA every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
