Choose what to hide in photos and PDFs before sharing. PrivacyMask processes photos, screenshots, scanned documents, and PDFs on your iPhone or iPad. Selected content is not uploaded to a server for processing. AUTOMATIC SCANS, MANUAL CONTROL • Face, QR code, and barcode detection • Email, phone, and link patterns • Supported IBAN and payment-card formats Detection varies by language, document format, and image quality. Identity-number and license-plate detection does not cover every country. Manually hide names, addresses, and anything the scan misses. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Select findings individually or by category. Add rectangle or freehand masks, move and resize them, and undo edits. Switch between original and redacted previews. PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS Start from Photos, Files, or the camera. Review multi-page PDFs and batches of up to 20 images. Editable projects remain on your device. EXPORT CHECKS Use secure blackout for sensitive text: selected pixels are replaced in the new copy. Blur and pixelation are not substitutes for secure blackout. PDF output is rebuilt as image-based pages; your original is not overwritten automatically. The created file is reopened to check readability and specific metadata fields. PDF checks also cover page count and the absence of selectable source text. These checks do not rescan masked areas with OCR or guarantee that all private information is hidden. Review the result before sharing. FREE AND PRO Three automatic scans are free each day. Manual masking stays free. A one-time PrivacyMask Pro purchase only removes the daily automatic-scan limit. The interface is available in 10 languages. PrivacyMask does not guarantee legal compliance.
