# Weiser vs MyCAF

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyCAF at 83% against Weiser's 40%. MyCAF also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). Weiser's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (96 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Weiser holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Weiser has 96 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Weiser's written reviews are positive against 83% of MyCAF's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Weiser ships an update every 3 months, MyCAF every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
