# TruU TOTAL Protect vs Elevate by Longfellow

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elevate by Longfellow at 88% against TruU TOTAL Protect's 40%. Elevate by Longfellow also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). TruU TOTAL Protect's advantage is ratings volume (849 vs 18) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

TruU TOTAL Protect holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TruU TOTAL Protect has 849 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of TruU TOTAL Protect's written reviews are positive against 88% of Elevate by Longfellow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
